What if something breaks?
Although SchoolKidz carries high quality products, mishaps
do occasionally occur. That's why we offer our exclusive Grade
Year Guarantee™. That means any items that are non-consumable--such
as rulers, scissors, protractors, or calculators--are guaranteed
for the entire school year. If a product does happen to break,
just contact us and we will either
replace it for you or give you a refund.
What if I ordered the wrong kit?
You may return it. Just contact us to receive your RA# (Return
Authorization Number.)
Once we issue the RA#, you may return it pre-paid to:

All returns will incur a modest $5.00 return charge. The charge
will be charged to your credit card. You will need to send
your credit card number, expiration date and name on the credit
card in order for us to credit your account. Please
allow 3-4 weeks for processing. If you are purchasing a replacement
kit, this charge will be added to the cost of your new kit
less that credit on your return kit. If you have any questions,
please contact us.
What if the package is damaged or items are missing?
First, look before you sign. Sign for the package as "damaged"
and then check to see if any of the items
are damaged or missing. If you find something wrong, please contact us. Our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied.
How do I return an item?
It's as easy as "1, 2, 3" with SchoolKidz. Just follow
our 3 easy Return Shipping steps and you're on your way.
3 Easy Return Shipping Steps
1.) Contact us or call us at our toll-free number 1-800-975-KITS
to receive your pre-issued Return Authorization Number.
2.) Print this RA# so that it is clearly visible on
the shipping label or on the box. Enclose check or money order
(made out to SchoolKidz) for the $5.00 return charge.
3.) Ship the package using your most convenient method.
