How do I know you actually received my order or that it was
shipped out?
Easy. After you complete an order with SchoolKidz.com, a secure
confirmation page will show up on your screen describing the order
you just placed. Within 24 hours of your order placement, you
will automatically receive an e-mail confirmation for your records.
I didn't receive any of my confirmations. What should I do?
Relax. If you haven't received any order confirmations within
2 days of your order, just contact us
or call us at our toll-free number 1-800-975-KITS. We will make
every effort to respond as soon as possible regarding the status
of your order.
Is there any way to track my order?
Just contact us. Let
us know your name, the order number, and date of the order. We'll
track it for you and e-mail the results back to you as soon as
possible.
