Every non-consumable product (i.e., rulers, compasses excluding pencil, protractors, angles, templates, sharpeners, pencil cases, scissors, calculators and binders) that you purchase from SchoolKidz.com is guaranteed against manufacturer's defect for one (1) full school year. If a product does happen to be defective, we will replace it free of charge.

This warranty is limited to replacement only and is also limited to a one-time replacement per student per school year. This warranty does not cover excessive wear, abuse or the misuse of the products. All defective merchandise must be returned postage-paid to SchoolKidz.com. Your replacement product will then be delivered within 2-3 weeks.
