My child is in one grade but the kit I would like is in another?
The choice is yours.
While these kits have been tailored to meet the needs of specific grade levels you can order any kit for any grade. With over 30 choices there's certain to be one that fits your needs.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet.
In 2008 we will only be shipping within the United States. Keep checking back for future info.

What if I ordered the wrong kit?
Hey, it happens.
Just contact us or call us at our toll-free number 1-800-975-KITS to get your personalized Return Authorization Number and then ship the kit back to SchoolKidz.com's Returns Department. For specific shipping information, click on Return Shipping. Unless it is our error, you will be responsible for the return freight and a modest $5.00 for the personalized box, labels and the SchoolKidz Extras™--which you may keep. The remaining balance (initial charge minus the $5.00 charge minus the return freight charge) will be used towards the exchange. Based on the new kit price total, either a refund or additional charge will then be added.

What if the package is damaged or items are missing?
First, look before you sign.
Sign for the package as "damaged" and then check inside to see if any of the items are also damaged or missing. If you find something wrong, please contact us or call us at our toll-free number 1-800-975-KITS. Our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied.

What if I want to order more than a kit?
No problem!
You may add any additional items to your order. Our goal is to help you make this back-to-school season the most relaxing time of the year!

How will I know if my kit is available?
No surprises.
All items you see in our "Shop" are available unless noted otherwise.

What if we need supplies during the year?
Fill'er Up!
Each grade carries a replenishment pack specifically designed for that grade. Order them individually or a few at a time to guarantee that your student(s) never run out.

What if I want another kit?
We never close.
All kits are available year round. GradeREADY™ kits make terrific holiday gifts, birthday gifts or as a reward for "hitting the books". Let's face it, kidz love school supplies!

What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Absolutely!
We understand how that is a concern of yours, but rest assured, SchoolKidz.com uses the latest in online security and top encryption technology. Our servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and encrypted technology for all our transactions. We also guarantee the security of your credit card purchases through our SchoolKidz.com Credit Card Security Guarantee.

Does SchoolKidz.com charge a sales tax?
Only, if you are shipping to Illinois.
State law requires that companies collect a sales tax from residents shipping merchandise to states where the company has established its offices. Our main office and warehouse headquarters are located in Illinois, so any orders we ship to Illinois will be charged a sales tax. The sales tax will be 7.75%.

What if something breaks?
(Although) SchoolKidz carries high quality products, mishaps do occasionally occur. That's why we offer our exclusive Grade Year Guarantee™. That means any items that are non-consumable such as rulers, scissors, protractors, or calculators .are guaranteed for the entire school year. If a product does happen to break, just contact us and we will either replace it for you or give you a refund.

What are your options for shipping?
SchoolKidz uses UPS Ground shipping for all deliveries in the continental U.S.

What is your charge for shipping?
Greatly reduced.
Our items are charged a $5.95 shipping & handling charge.

Do you ship to APO/FPO or PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, FedEx and UPS do not ship to PO Boxes.

How do I know you actually received my order?
Easy. After you complete an order with SchoolKidz, a secure confirmation page will show up on your screen describing the order you just placed. Within 24 hours of your order placement, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirmation for your records.

I didn't receive any of my confirmations. What should I do?
Relax. If you haven't received any order confirmations within 2 days of your order, just contact us.

How do I return an item?
It's as easy as "1, 2, 3" with SchoolKidz. Just print your RA# on the Return Label, affix it to the box, and drop off the package at your nearest UPS. Simple as that. For detailed instructions and an alternative form of return shipping, click on Return Shipping.
